7. Unfinished Business
* motion­Gibbon­members of the Exec committee propose a change of officer's terms from the Jul­Jun to Jan­Dec cycle to be in effect as of Jan 99 tabled till Dec. for by­law research
* Ron Aasen will post message to all Section and Chapter Chairs that we will vote on the motion on next month

* motion­Dave­to accept Jackie's contract as amended, with business mgr. added, with term Jan­Dec, a transition period till Jan.­­passed
* Lendman Group contract­ Ron will confer with Lendman on their satisfaction with contract
** motion­Dave K­­Approved 1999 contract as amended
* Automated graphics Contract
­ lower number should be published, Tom Tullia felt their are too many in­arrears names in SAMIEEE DB which is used as the basis for mailing labels
** motion­J.Gibbon­to accept language in AGC contract and Rex to negotiate with AGS for lower print volume and rates­­passed
* Scanner Editor Contract­ new term Jan­Dec 99 with six issues
